From £10 per class, deals for block bookings.
I offer Gong Therapy sessions which are designed to help you relax, reduce stress and promote healing. Gong therapy is a form of sound healing where gongs are used to produce deep and powerful vibrations that can help to calm the mind and body, release tension, and promote a sense of well-being.
During a Gong Therapy session, you will lie down in a comfortable position while I play the gong. The vibrations of the gongs are thought to work on a cellular level, promoting physical and emotional healing, reducing anxiety and depression, and helping to balance the body’s energy systems.

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. It involves a series of postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to promote physical and mental well-being.
Yoga has numerous benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and posture. It can also reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and boost overall health and well-being.
No, you do not need to be flexible to do yoga. In fact, practicing yoga can help improve your flexibility over time.
You will typically need a yoga mat and comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Some yoga studios may provide mats, but it’s best to bring your own.
Yes, anyone can do yoga regardless of age, fitness level, or physical ability. However, it’s always a good idea to consult with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
There are many different types of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram, Ashtanga, and more. Each type of yoga has its own unique set of postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.
It’s recommended to practice yoga at least 2-3 times per week for optimal benefits. However, even practicing once a week can still provide some benefits.
