Sally is excellent her gong sessions are outstanding you leave feeling relaxed serene and ready for a long sleep! The yoga has good humour and good explanations if you are new to it too. She does some fantastic in person sessions and sometimes records them or live streams so you can join in from home. I cannot recommend her enough.
